BOOKING POLICIES
APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
Deposits reserve appointment time exclusively and are non-transferable to another person or service.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled once with proper notice.
Cancellations, reschedule requests, or missed appointments made within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule a future appointment.
NO-SHOWS & SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS
Failure to attend an appointment or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Future appointments may require full prepayment at the time of booking.
DAY-OF APPOINTMENT CHANGES
If you arrive and choose not to proceed with the scheduled service, the deposit will be forfeited due to reserved appointment time and preparation.
PERMANENT MAKEUP RESULTS
Permanent makeup is a multi-session process, and healed results will vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and individual retention.
Initial results will appear darker and soften throughout the healing process. Additional sessions may be recommended to achieve or maintain desired results.
Annual refresh appointments are recommended to maintain color and shape.
PERFECTING SESSIONS
Most permanent makeup services include a recommended perfecting session within 4–9 weeks.
Appointments scheduled beyond this timeframe may be subject to additional fees.
It is the client’s responsibility to schedule their perfecting session within the recommended timeframe.
PREVIOUS WORK / CORRECTIONS
Clients with previous permanent makeup must submit clear photos for approval prior to booking.
Correction work may require multiple sessions, and healed results will vary depending on previous pigment saturation and skin condition.
HEALTH & ELIGIBILITY
Clients must be at least 18 years old with valid government-issued identification.
Services will not be performed on compromised skin, active infections, or individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
A patch test may be recommended for clients with known sensitivities or allergies.
Microblading Boutique reserves the right to refuse service when appropriate.
CHILDREN & GUESTS
To maintain a calm and focused environment, children and additional guests are not permitted during appointments unless previously approved.
FINAL SALE
All services are final sale. Due to the nature of permanent makeup and customized beauty services, refunds are not provided.
